This custom aluminum radiator is designed to drop into your FJ6X factory mounting location. We have two options - with or without an electric fan. The electric fan utilizes a 16” SPAL brushless variable speed fan with a built-in fan controller and all wiring. This fan runs standalone and does not need any input from the GM computer. It runs on low speed when the minimum coolant temperature is reached and ramps up as temp increases or if triggered by the AC compressor input.

This radiator is a dual pass design, with the tanks on the sides which allow us to locate the LS-sized inlet & outlets (1-1/4” & 1-1/2”) on the passenger side without compromising or short circuiting water flow. These also feature a transmission cooler with AN fittings (additional external cooler recommended), a steam port fitting, and a drain petcock. These are custom built one at a time to our specs by skilled craftsmen here in the U.S.

We have been testing a similar prototype in our shop truck under all conditions and it has performed flawlessly. This one has a few extra features to make for a cleaner install.

These are made to order, with a 1-2 week lead time. Shipping is included to the lower 48. Stock mounting hardware not included.
